I've been wanting to do a video showing you the best way to warm up your pounded yam for quite some time- well, today is the day.
The easiest way is to just place it in a microwave-safe bowl and warm it up slowly until you've reached your desired temperature.
However, if you're willing to spend an extra 3 mins or so, you can have a pounded yam that has the perfect texture. It'll feel like I'm serving it to you fresh off the stove.
