Store Policy

At Forks & Fingers, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear, and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. Shipping

Your order is shipped via UPS. Our standard delivery time is 1-2 business days. Though not common, a delay may occur from the UPS side that adds an additional day to your delivery day. We pack your order with this in mind.  

 

Please note, your order is delivered to your door in 1-2 days (based on location) AFTER it is shipped, not 1-2 days from when you order.

As a reminder, we only ship on Monday and Tuesday and Local pickup is available every Friday between 2 pm and 6 pm.

Refunds

Forks & Fingers is not responsible for any damages due to the package being undeliverable as a result of incorrect address information you supply to us, or for the inability of the recipient to receive/retrieve the package on the day that it is delivered. 

We do everything in our power to ensure smooth delivery for every single order but it is important to note that we can not take responsibility for issues that arise as a result of a third party (UPS). 

Our products are perishable, and we package them with potential delays in mind. Weather acts of God and other factors can delay delivery. We are unable to accept returns or issue a refund as a result of any shipping delays caused by a third-party carrier.

Allergy Information

​

Whether you can't eat certain items for religious reasons or because of allergies, we want to be transparent so that you have the information you need to make the best decision for you and your family. 

 

  • We cook in an environment where shrimps and nuts are present. 

  • It is your responsibility to alert us of any allergy you might have. 

  • Dried shrimp seasoning is used in stews and some of our rice dishes. 

  • We sometimes use goat, beef, or chicken broth in the cooking of our rice and other dishes. 

  • If this is your first time eating Nigerian food and you have a sensitive stomach or need additional assistance or clarification about any of our dishes, please feel free to reach out.  

  • If you feel you might be allergic to any ingredients or are unsure, please err on the side of caution and reach out for assistance first or reconsider placing an order.
