To Reserve a Date:

​

To reserve your date, we require a non-refundable retainer which will be deducted from your final invoice. 

​

Drop off/delivery service: $150 retainer.

Full-service buffet/Drop Off + Setup Service: $300 retainer.

Wedding & Events with over 100 guests: $500 retainer.

​

If the event is subsequently canceled by the client for any reason, the retainer is forfeited.

​

Full-Service Buffet:

 

6 weeks before the event:

 

We will reach out approximately 6-8  weeks before your event to go over all event details. We will confirm the guest count and generate a preliminary invoice. At this time, 50% of the invoice is due.

 

14 days before the event: 

​

A final guest count is due 14 days before the event. The guest count can not be reduced after this point. You will also receive your final invoice around this time. 

​

Delivery Only Events:

​

A quote will be provided after the initial consultation and menu review. Once we accept the event and the retainer is received, your date is secured. 

​

We require a final count 14 days before the event. At this time, the full invoice is due.
