Job Duties: Kitchen Assistant.

 

Washing utensils, pots, pans, and chopping boards.

Preparing ingredients, including washing, chopping, and  blending. 

Cutting and washing of meats to prepare them for cooking.

Packaging prepared food, vacuum sealing them, and arranging them in the freezer.

Preparing boxes for shipments. 

Packaging and preparing customer’s orders for shipment.

Organizng food supplies and ingredients.

Assisting the chef with any other tasks related to cooking, cleaning, and packaging.

Knowledge of food health and safety regulations. 

The ability to stand for long periods.

Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills. 

The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

ServSafe certification is a plus. 

Prior kitchen experience is a plus.
