  • How is my food preserved?
    Your food is carefully packed in an insulated liner along with non-toxic dry ice so that it arrives chilled and fresh.
  • Are you a licensed facility?
    Yes, we operate out of a licensed commercial kitchen. We are also registered with and inspected by the Florida division of Hotel & Restaurants which inspects and regulates public lodging and food service establishments in Florida.
  • Where do you ship?
    We ship to your door anywhere in the U.S.A. via UPS.
  • How long is delivery?
    Delivery time is 1-2 days after your order ships. We ship every Monday. The order cutoff for shipment on Monday is the prior Thursday. Please review the top banner on the website for our shipping schedule.
  • When will I receive my order?
    Shipment dates and order deadlines are always listed on the top banner of the website. The order deadline is on Thursday at 11:59 pm EST. You will receive your order 1-2 days after the order ships. Please note that this is not 1-2 days after you place your order.
