Regular:
Our "Regular size" is at least a 1QT Bowl. It can be expected to yield about 2-4 servings in our soups/stews. Our "Regular size" bowls come with approximately 5-7 pieces of meat depending on the size.
Medium/2QT Bowl/Third Steam Pan

All the above sizes refer to the same thing. For our soups and stews, this size is approximately 8 cups of soup or stew and for our rice dishes, it is approximately 10 cups. It can be expected to yield 6-10 servings. The container for the measurement is pictured above (Third Steam Pan).
Half Steam Pan & Full Steam Pan​

Half steam pan yields approximtely 10-15 servings.
Full Pan Yields approximately 20-30 Servings.
reheating instructions
Rice & Meat Dishes


Once defrosted, serve the portion you want to enjoy onto a microwave-safe bowl. Reheat slowly until you’ve reached your desired temperature. (Appx 2 mins)
Soups & Stews
Stovetop: Once defrosted, pour the contents of the bag into a pot and place it on the stove on low heat, stirring occasionally until you reach your desired temperature.
Microwave: Once defrosted, serve the portion you want to enjoy onto a microwave-safe bowl. Reheat slowly until you’ve reached your desired temperature. (Appx 2 mins)
Pastries
Meatpie:

Over/Airfryer (Recommended):
Place your pies in the oven or air fryer and reheat for 7-9 minutes at 350F.

Microwave:
Reheat for 1 minute in the microwave. If additional time is needed, reheat slowly in increments of 30 seconds.

Puff Puff :
​
Microwave: Place your desired quantity in a microwave-safe plate and warm up for 45 seconds. The puff puff should be soft. If additional time is needed, increase in increments of 10 seconds.
Air Fryer: Place in your air fryer at 350 degrees for 5-7 mins.
