Our red pepper stew is made with fresh red bell pepper and tomatoes. We then fry it, season to perfection, and add in the meat.

You can eat it with white rice, rice and beans, bread, or some of our swallow options such as Eba or Pounded Yam. 
 
Reheating Instructions
 
Stovetop: Once defrosted, pour the contents of the bag into a pot and place it on the stove on low heat until you reach your desired temperature.
 
Microwave: Once defrosted, pour the contents of the bag into a microwave-safe bowl and warm until you've reached your desired temperature.
