Our egusi soup will have you coming back for more. We fry it to perfection with palm oil, then we season it just right adding in the spinach and your choice of protein. 



About the dish. 


The Nigerian Egusi soup is prepared with melon seeds and it can be prepared in many different ways. It's a very popular dish in Nigeria and can be eaten with white rice, pounded yam, eba, etc.
