Our red pepper stew is made with fresh red bell pepper and tomatoes. We then fry it, season to perfection, and add in the chicken.
You can eat it with white rice, rice and beans, bread, or some of our swallow options such as Eba or Pounded Yam.
They are cooked fresh, carefully packaged (temperature controlled), and shipped directly to your doorsteps anywhere in the USA.
